Corporate / Manufacturing Division:

Position Title: Manufacturing / Process Engineer
Location: Manufacturing Plant, Tacoma WA

Job Summary:
Northwest Door has an immediate opening for a Manufacturing / Process Engineer at our Tacoma Plant. This person will design and coordinate manufacturing processes. Plans and improve production methods including production flow, tooling, assembly methods and production equipment. Estimate and impact production times and optimum staffing to maximize production. This position is a Direct Report to VP, General Manager and will support R&D on new product lines.

Minimal Requirements:
Possess a BS in Engineering and five (5) years experience working in an automated and semi automated manufacturing environment. Excellent written and verbal skills. Computer skills that include Autocad.

Salary/ Job Classification:
This is a fulltime; Exempt position has a very competitive salary, complimented by a full Benefit Package that includes an annual Performance Bonus.
