Model 308

The 308 Series Commercial/Industrial insulated steel garage doors are rugged and beautiful. They are designed to have a sleek and appealing appearance with great weather resistance. The Model 308 door is made with a sandwich type construction, steel outer skins are formed and then pressure bonded to a polystyrene core giving the door maximum strength and superior insulating efficiencies. Two insulations are available, R9.1 or R12 with optional 3# density EPS foam.

Product WarrantyCONSTRUCTION: The 308 is made from hot dipped galvanized (G 40) wood grain textured steel skins that are sandwiched with a polystyrene core. This type of construction forms a thermal barrier between front and back of door. 20 gauge steel backer plates are toggle locked to the inside of the back skin prior to assembly. Exterior skins are secured to a polystyrene core urethane adhesive, a method of construction that is unparalleled in strength.

HARDWARE: 15" radius torsion hardware; track is 2" hemmed and bracket mounted. 3" track supplied when required by weight. Heavy duty steel rollers, non corrosive door fixtures and 14 gauge graduated hinges are standard. Double end hinges and long stem rollers are included on doors over 16'-2" wide or as required by weight. U-shaped galvanized struts are supplied on doors over 14'-2" wide or as required by weight to keep the door rigid. All doors are standard with interior slide bolt lock.
